Main goal of this class is to help decrease incidence of falls in the elderly (one of the leading causes of disability in seniors). By incorporating slow controlled progressive movements, participants learn to be active again and come to understand the importance of exercising regularly.

Dr. Meghan D. Wronko is currently the instructor for the Fit 4 You Senior Exercise Classes. She enjoys working with older individuals and helping them to reach their fitness goals. Dr. Wronko utilizes a high-energy and motivating approach throughout the senior exercise classes, which has made the classes very enjoyable and beneficial to all participants. |

Older individuals seeking a low impact group exercise class to make positive long-term changes to their health and prevent development/progression of common disabling diseases (Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and other progressive disorders.

Cedar Grove (Community Church), Little Falls, and others.

Need to accommodate a maximum of 50 people with chairs (approximately - 5ft x 5ft space for each participant).

Depends on class size (Typically $20 pre participant for 10 sessions.
