Whereas, Suburban Physical Therapy Center, for the past 27 years, under the direction of
Peter S. Barnett, PT, OCS, has provided orthopedic
and sports physical therapy services the residents of our community: and
Whereas, the center's highly skilled staff of licensed physical therapist, orthopedic clinical specialist and a certified work capacity evaluator developed an individualized treatment plan based on the diagnosis
and physical demands of the patients; and
Whereas, significant progress has been made in reducing pain and increasing mobility through physical therapy.
Now, Therefore, I, Ann C. Mega, Mayor of the Township of Cedar Grove, do hereby proclaim the month of October 2003 as:
NATIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY MONTH
in the Township of Cedar Grove in recognition of the physical therapist dedication to the restoration of health and alleviation of suffering to our community and its residents; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the governing body extends best wishes to Suburban Physical Therapy Center
as they celebrate National Physical Therapy Month.
