Dr. Peter Barnett is the owner of STC and also a practicing physical therapist. He is a very knowledgeable individual who is very passionate about physical therapy and the development of patient education, both locally and online.

Carlos Rangel is STC’s Senior Physical Therapist certified as a Work Capacity Evaluator, one of a few in the state of New Jersey. His clinical knowledge and skills, his rare expertise in performing FCEs, and his Spanish language proficiency makes Carlos compliment Suburban’s excellent diverse clinical team.

Dr. Meghan D. Wronko is our newest Physical Therapist. Meghan once worked as a Physical Therapy Aide here at the Suburban Therapy Center in June 2002. Now she is reuniting with us as a full time Doctor of Physical Therapy.
